Adult Self-Defense Training Class

Retired Marine Defense Instructor Darron Todd will be at the Bridgeville Library training adults in self-defense. Receive instruction on multiple defense techniques intended to empower and build self-confidence in participants. Participants will learn these basic skills, along with others: defend against front and rear chokes, defend against strikes, defend against weapon attacks, leg sweeps, and striking techniques.
Classes will be held Monday July 17th thru Thursday August 3rd from 6-7pm. The dates will be: Monday July 17th, Wednesday July 19th, Monday July 24th, Tuesday July 25th, Thursday July 27th, Tuesday August 1st, and Thursday August 3rd. Each class will cover different areas of adult defense. Classes are free and open to the public.
