W.I.S.H. (Wellness, Inspiration, Support, Health)

Beginning Monday April 2nd thru Saturday May 12th, the Bridgeville Library will be hosting a 6-week Health and Wellness program, W.I.S.H. (Wellness, Inspiration, Support, and Health), designed to help you gather tools to get you started on a new path, or continue on your current journey. 

Our W.I.S.H. program will have group walking sessions, the Food Smart Program presented by the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, yoga, Wellness Support sessions, and other fun activities. We will conclude the program on Monday May 14th at 6pm with a celebration for all participants. Stop by the library circulation desk to register for the program, pick up your calendar of events, and learn about prizes you can win for participating in our program.
