Community Bridge to Wellness
Throughout the year, join the Bridgeville Library for our wellness journey-promoting mental and physical health by providing many different programs for everyone. All programs are FREE and all are welcome! Chair Fitness Classes have been extended through June on Mondays @ 9:30am! Yoga classes with Bonnie are on Wednesdays @ 6pm through May. Children's Programs
Join Ms. Hilary for Story Book Corner on Tuesdays at the library at 10am (for ages 3-5). On Wednesdays, it is at 9am for birth-2 years old. Bring your child to the library on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month @11am to read to the L.E.A.P. dog, Oliver. Join Ms. Hilary on Thursday, May 29th from 11am-1pm. In May, we will have a 2-hour session for our Business Fair to “sell” and shop for your hand-made products. Following the fair, we will discuss the topics of economics & marketing from our April session. Lunch will be provided. Registration is required. Join us with The Delaware Ballet Company on Saturday, May 10th @ 10am for Saturday Story Book Brunch. There will be a special performance of “The Cinderella Ballet” by Aleksandra Efimova as they dance while the story is read followed by a delicious brunch. Open to all ages!

Adult Programs
The Bridgeville Senior Center has Dance Classes on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month @ 11am through May. They are geared for the 55+ age group. Yoga Class with Bonnie (Ananda Yoga) on Wednesdays, through May @ 6pm. The online link is in MORE INFO. Mahjong for adults and open to teens 14+, held on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month, from 3:30-5:30pm. Registration is requested. Stephanie Verni's Author Talk on Friday, April 25th at 3:30pm will share her experiences with storytelling, novel writing, and publishing. This event is free and open to the public. Join us on Tuesday, May 6th from 6-8pm to make a black-outlined floral art design. You will trace and paint/color simple floral art on an approx. 5" x 12" wood board. All materials will be supplied. Join us on Saturday, June 14th from 11am-1pm as we discuss the book selection “Better The Blood” by Michael Bennett, and enjoy a variety of New Zealand inspired cuisine. Registration is required.

Anime Club on Thursday, April 24th from 4pm-5pm. You will watch anime together, vote on what to watch next, dive into the stories, discuss characters, plot twists, and everything in between. Interactive Book Club on Wednesday, April 30th @3:30pm for ages 8-14. This month's book is "Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library". FREE Gaming on Saturday, May 3rd from 10am-2pm. Play your favorite video games. "My Life Basically" Anxiety & Mental Awareness on Thursday, May 1st @ 4pm. "My Life Basically" Financial Literacy will be discussed with Kelly Sipple, financial well-being agent from the University of Delaware Extension on Wednesday, June 4th from 4-5pm.

CPR Certification Classes
The Bridgeville Library is hosting CPR Certification Classes. A Certified CPR American Heart Association Instructor will be teaching these classes. The cost is $55 per participant to receive certification. A non-certification "Hands-Only" class will be offered an hour before - for free. These will be offered on: Friday, May 2nd: 2pm - Hands Only; 3-7pm Certified. Friday, May 16th: 9am - Hands Only; 10am-2pm Certified. Saturday, June 21st: 9am - Hands Only; 10am-2pm Certified. The Town of Bridgeville's Yard Sale
The Town of Bridgeville is having a Town-Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, May 3rd from 7am-1pm. The Bridgeville Library is participating by renting out spaces in our parking lot! The Hometown Harvest Food Trailer will be there with breakfast and burgers for purchase. If you are interested in renting a yard sale or a vendor spot in the library parking lot, please email: [email protected] or stop in the library. Cost: $15 for 3 parking spaces for a yard sale spot or $25 for 2 parking spaces for a vendor spot.
