Join us on Wednesdays @ 9:30am through the months of September and October for Chair Fitness Class with Bree Rudy, ISSA Group Exercise Instructor. She will conduct a 50 minute class for adults only. Bring your own light weights, if desired. All levels of expertise are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy sneakers. Bring water and a smile! Give it a try, do your best, and YES YOU CAN! FREE and open to the public.
